Your information
Privacy notice
Last updated 23 October 2026
This notice explains how Devinder Walia uses information you provide through this website. For a privacy question or request, use the enquiry form and select “A privacy or data request”.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, business name if supplied, the service you are interested in, your message and any preferred time for a call. It also records the date of submission and a reference. Please provide a brief business outline and avoid sensitive personal information or confidential details about other people.
Why the information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss services, arrange an introductory call where appropriate and keep a record of the conversation. It is also used to prevent repeated or abusive submissions. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.
The basis for responding to business enquiries is the legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries and relationships. Where you ask for steps towards a contract with you personally, those steps may also provide the relevant basis. Information is limited to what is needed for the enquiry.
Storage and service providers
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Enquiries are stored in a private folder outside the public website directory and can be reviewed through a password-protected owner inbox. Hostinger processes information as part of hosting the website and may keep technical logs and hosting backups. Information about its processing and safeguards is available in the Hostinger privacy policy.
Enquiry information is retained while it is needed to handle the enquiry and any related working relationship. Records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements. You can request deletion through the enquiry form.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It uses an essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form and keep the owner inbox signed in. Short-lived security records use a keyed hash of the connection address to limit abusive submissions and login attempts; the form does not store the raw connection address. The hosting provider may also keep technical access and security logs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Use the enquiry form to make a request and provide enough information to identify your enquiry. Your identity may need to be checked before records are disclosed or changed.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
